A must visit if you’re in the West of Crete! It’s even worth a trip just to have breakfast/brunch there. It’s placed on a very nice road leading through steep gorges and olive trees and vineyards. The food was outstanding and the people were very friendly. The view and the scenery couldn’t be better! We even got some free fruits for takeaway.

I don’t write reviews, but this restaurant deserves it. The absolute best restaurant there is! The views are so incredible. The staff are extremely friendly, offering hot tea for our chilly day, raki for free, and a sample of dessert which was amazing! The food was the best I’ve had. It’s a must go restaurant!
Peaceful restaurant on the mountainside. We passed by this restaurant on our way to the beach and decided to stop by on our way back. We were there earlier than dinner, so it was still empty but by the time we left, many guests had arrived. The food was really nice and you can tell the ingredients were super fresh. Smoothies are a must try, made with real fruits. Some items were not available but there were similar alternatives offered by our server. Seems like a family run business and the whole family takes part. Once we finished we were offered a complimentary Raki shot. After we paid the server even offered us to take some oranges as we left. I can really recommend this place if you’re in the area or driving by.
Very nice place with pleasant atmosphere. The food is crete’s traditional food with seasons dishes. The service was very good. They creates homemade homey that looks very delicious!
I ate there after being at Elefonisi beach and it was the best restaurant I could find :) The place is beautiful and calm, the waiters were all very friendly and welcoming, the food is local and parts of it are produced by their own family (like the cheese and sausages). The waiter gave us for free raki, oranges and grapes which came directly from their own vine on their restaurant roof which is a dream !! I 100% recommend.
We visited this tavern on the way back from Elafonisi. We followed the reviews on Google maps. Nice place with a beautiful view. Good service and meal, although I found my pork a bit salty. My wife had for the first time snails - it was delicious!
